Beautifully furnished private 4BR/4 Bath Villa (2,500 sq. feet). This community has two golf courses (Ocean course and River course). The Villa has a community pool just a short walk from the door and access to the beach with free parking. The Villa has 5 Smart TV 's, and High-Speed Internet service. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large open dining/living area. Wonderful views from every room (end unit), high ceilings and spacious bedrooms. Amenities included: Internet, TV, washer/dryer, oven, microwave, wine cooler, dishwasher, Blackstone grill & ice maker. Two assigned parking spots are permitted.
